what type of sealer do I need to use on a man made stone like quantum quarts? Is a penetrating tile sealer the one to use or something else?

Hi stringr,
most will argue an engineered stone like quantum quartz or Caesar stone does not require sealing. In saying this... as stone is still a few percent porous it can definitely be sealed. Basically any porous stone whether natural or man made can have a sealer product applied. Stick with a penetrating sealer and simply remove any excess left on the surface once product has penetrated your stone. This is achieved by first dabbing up any excess with a damp rag and then giving it a once over with a microfiber cloth!
