How many litres of 100% solids epoxy will I need to cover an 80sqm garage.

Hi Paul,
depends on the build but please find some estimates below:
80sqm @ 2.5sqm/L (400 microns) would require approx 32 Litres.
80sqm @ 5sqm/L (200 microns) would require approx 16 Litres.
Most applicators split the difference and work off approx 3.5 sqm/L which would require 22 Litres.
Aside from build, surface porosity will govern a realistic spread rate which can always be aided with one of our primers.

You could use 100% Solids Epoxy though bear in mind most epoxies are not UV stable. If benchtop is exposed to UV then most applicators opt for our Benchtop Kit (2 Pack Urethane) found here:
